How I use your information

This website is run by Rukevwe Agbro through Ace and More Technology Ltd in the United Kingdom. I am the data controller for the personal information collected here. If you have any questions, email hello@rukevweagbro.com.

What I collect and why

• Quiz and forms (Tally): your name, email address and answers, so I can send your result, your 7-day sprint and details of events you sign up for.
• Emails (MailerLite): your name and email address, so I can send the emails you asked for. If you ticked the box to receive updates, I will also send occasional emails about my guides, workshops and coaching. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Payments (Stripe): your name, email address and billing details, to take payment and send your receipt. I never see or store your full card details.
• Bookings (Calendly): your name, email address and anything you write in the booking form, so we can meet.

Lawful basis

I process your data to deliver something you asked for (contract), to send marketing emails you agreed to (consent), and to keep business and tax records (legal obligation).

How long I keep it

Quiz answers and email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Payment records are kept for six years for HMRC.

Who else sees it

Only the services above, which process data on my behalf: Tally, MailerLite, Stripe, Calendly and Vercel, which hosts this site. Some of them store data outside the UK under approved safeguards. I never sell your data.

Cookies

This site does not set its own tracking cookies. The quiz, booking calendar and payment pages are provided by Tally, Calendly and Stripe, which may set cookies needed for them to work.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it's used, by emailing hello@rukevweagbro.com. If you're unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
